John graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an Enrolled Agent, a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist. John specializes in representing clients before all administrative branches of the Internal Revenue Service.

He is an expert at representing taxpayers in audits, filing offers in compromise, establishing currently not collectible status and installment agreements, removing wage garnishments, reversing bank levies, and removing tax liens.

Jasmine is a tax lawyer, certified public accountant, and enrolled agent. She graduated summa cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law and cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor Degree in Economics-Accounting and a Master of Arts Degree in Finance. Her experience includes working for Ernst & Young and Baker McKenzie.
